Garden State Victory is a Republican political consulting firm based in New Jersey. Founded in 2025. Built by people who have been on the ballot, run the field offices, and signed the print invoices.
Founder
Justin Musella
Justin has been on the ballot, not just behind it. He won a seat on the Parsippany Township Council in 2021. In 2025 he challenged a sitting mayor in the Republican primary and filed with over 1,000 petition signatures, built door by door.
Before that, he chaired the Morris County Young Republicans. He holds a BA in political science from Emory University.
He started Garden State Victory to hand candidates the playbook he learned the hard way: start early, work the doors, and run on the numbers.
